Central VA FCA Lacrosse

It was wonderful getting to "meet" everyone today via Zoom! If you weren't able to make it, it isn't too late! We will have first practice THIS TUESDAY from 5:30pm-7:00pm and we hope to see you there.

Just a couple reminders:

** A US Lacrosse membership is required BEFORE Tuesday's practice for both volunteers and athletes.
** Equip is required for Tuesday's practice. Guys, I know this may be a challenge, so please reach out if you are having a hard time obtaining the necessary equipment quick enough.  (Play it Again Sports still have equipment available)

If you have any questions, please reach out .
